Still early days, just 3 days old but we are very happy with this little unit. Easy to set up with it’s tubes and motor pump which attaches to the bottom with suction caps. Comes with one ready-to-use filter. Convenient usb function. Soft led light and soothing water fountain motion. Very quiet humming motor sound. One kitty was very curious and drank from it almost immediately. The other not yet, she is always careful and scared. Hopefully in the next few days she will also start to drink from it! Will review again later down the track about longevity, i hope it will last for many more years 🤞 🙏

Magnificent! It doesn't make noise, I ordered the one that shows blue if it has water and turns red when you need to refill. Mine is USB and I had to put the little box, but it's fine because there are plenty at my house. At night I turn it off because at least where I have it, if there's too much light, but it's perfect. The dog and cat love it. The cat sometimes plays with water. Excellent product. Bring a filter, I will have to order more. But I loved it!

Box was a little battered but item intact and works great! Super quiet too. A little tricky to line the pump up with the straw when setting up but not too difficult. Only issue is that the cord it came with is usb and i didnt have a power block so i had to borrow one from a roommate in the meantime. Definitely an upgrade from the small bowl i had before :)

Sent quickly, as described, poor instructions but easy to assemble. The filter slides in a compartment under the top lid. A pipe connects the lid to the pump. Does not appear to be a minimum fill line or indicator? Cat immediately fascinated with it, played with the water and drank from it.

Very nice. It arrived on time and works well :). I recommend washing it before placing it and letting the water flow a bit because it seems that the water pump has a little oil and the water comes out cloudy at first (you can see it in the photo). I washed the container well, let the water flow with a little soap, then rinsed it again and the water came out clean. My cats have never had an automatic water dispenser so right now they are scared but they will get used to it. Thank you!
